For outdoor enthusiasts, an unmarked trail from the property connects directly to the Black Canyon Trail—an 80-mile route through the Sonoran Desert and Bradshaw Mountains. This scenic trail is popular with hikers, backpackers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders.

Overnight stays are an essential way we generate income to fund the vision of the High Desert Earth Lab - also a fun way for us to meet folks. We are happy to connect with travelers and offer tours of the food forest.
